Surrender individual numbers

Service description

Surrender individual numbers allocated to you.

Please note the following when surrendering a number:

  • The telecommunications service provider (TSP) is obliged to report the disconnection of one or more numbers. If you have not yet terminated the contract for operation of the individual number(s) with your TSP, please do so in the next few days. 
  • When surrendering one or more allocated individual numbers, the annual administrative charge billed in advance is not refunded.

You can make further adjustments to your individual numbers by contacting us directly:
