To use this service, you must be registered on the eGovernment Portal.

If the program organizer is a legal entity, the organization must be registered separately before using the service. If this has not already been done, you can complete this registration under “Create Organization”.

Legal entities must submit proof of their legal status; individuals must submit an official confirmation of residence.
